EMPLOYMENT
Working with the Community Living Program is a chance to provide supports to individuals living in the community that will enhance and enrich both the life of persons served as well as the employee. We welcome people interested in working for us, whether you have experience or not, as long as you meet the following basic criterion:
Training is provided to all staff in the form
of classroom, on-line classes, on the job coaching and feedback as
well as certification courses such as CPR/1st Aid and
Client Intervention Techniques. First year staff members receive 70
hours of paid training and additional training is offered for updates,
